International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) has launched Kidazzle™ Flavors for its Kids Beverage Collection, which is a line of beverage flavors designed to meet kids’ unique taste preferences. Water-soluble, heat stable and available as natural or natural and artificial, the line includes flavors for all kids’ beverage applications, including dairy, still and carbonated drinks. A range of the 65 high-impact flavors has been successfully tested in low-sugar applications. The line ranges from classic favorites like Wild Cherry and Sour Apple to fun and fanciful options such as Melon-Apple and Cherry Berry.
